Welcome to 2012! I hope you all had safe and happy New Years celebrations and that 2012 will be a great year for you and your families. Now that it's January people tend to exercise and workout more to remove those excess pounds they put on during the holidays. Please be careful and patient with your workouts. It took you weeks to put on the extra weight so don't think it will come off all at once. But if you find you overdo and your muscles are sore and stressed, I'm here to help!

General Information:
I have over eight years experience working out of my professional home-office in Highlands Ranch.
I perform an Integrative Massage using techniques from Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular-Trigger Point, and Jin Shin Acupressure.
I am also trained in Prenatal Massage for those special clients.
I will also include Herbal Comfort Hot Pack Treatments and Aromatherapy and no additional charge.
